ECHO — FROM RESIDUE TO FORM

When does something become waste, and when does it become material again? ECHO is a recurring exhibition exploring the potential of residual materials from industry.
Each edition centres around a different material stream. This year: aluminium, sourced from Nedal Aluminium.

14 designers and artists work with what already exists, transforming the material into objects and spatial works.
Each piece carries traces of a previous life while opening up new possibilities.

What remains, returns

An echo in material repeated, reformed, renewed.
